Introduction to Wide Awake

Intro- Hazel Ashdown is a homeless girl on the streets of London in 1912. Her family is so poor she is forced to sacrifice herself to get money for the wellbeing of her family in a cryogenics experiment.

Kai’s dad is a Scientist. He has been obsessed with a project attempted by Dr. E.A. Walt to cryogenically freeze a young girl and to bring her back 100 years later. While in his father’s lab with his mates, Kai is dared to kiss this teenage girl. He didn’t want to, but he would look like a wimp if he didn’t…
